While working together, you develop the essential skills of emotional intelligence including self-awareness, self-regulation, and understanding others to support effective communication, difficult conversations, and change agility.

Coaching packages begin with the ‘WE-I Profile’, an emotional intelligence assessment that reveals your unique emotional makeup, the emotions you access and relationship strategies you turn to when feeling stressed or vulnerable.

Think of it as your operations manual when stressed. Understanding your unique emotional habits & patterns helps you develop specific strategies that support you when stress and vulnerability hit, and your emotional triggers are pushed.

Using the WE-I Profile as a framework, combined with your identified goals & skill development, we help you uncover your blind spots and make sense of your internal experience, so stress in relationships is LESS work.

Our data driven approach allows you to make new choices so you can show up the way you want under stress, in a way that makes you proud.

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes each, with a minimum commitment of 6 hours.Wemeet virtually or in person {location depending}.

Accepted forms of payment are credit cards and e-transfer. Coaching begins after a deposit for the first three sessions is received.

If, for any reason, you decide not to continue with coaching, we will return any outstanding monies.
